Mgr. Zuzana Halasová 

Zuzana specialises in civil law, commercial law, and restructuring & bankruptcy proceedings. She has extensive experience providing legal counsel to major financial institutions and companies focused on the management and recovery of receivables.

Her practice includes drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, advising on business transactions, and preparing real estate-related documentation. She also advises clients in the financial services sector on consumer law matters and assists in enforcing claims against consumers. Zuzana’s expertise covers consumer credit regulations, consumer rights protection, and effective solutions for legal issues related to claims enforcement. In addition, she represents clients in court proceedings.

Clients value her practical approach to resolving complex legal challenges and her emphasis on achieving optimal outcomes.

Zuzana earned her Master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava. During her studies, she concentrated primarily on commercial and international law, demonstrating her excellent professional skills by representing the university at a prestigious competition before the International Court of Justice.

She is fluent in both Slovak and English, enabling her to provide legal advice to international clients. Her work is characterised by thorough legal analysis and the pursuit of effective, client-centered solutions.
